Good morning. I'm hoping today will be a better day overall than yesterday. I felt like crap all day. The thought of putting any food in my tiny tummy was nauseating. With that in mind, my day consisted of 8 Ritz crackers, half a power crunch bar, 2 cups of chamomile tea and a NSA outshine bar. Yay me! Even that was too much, and I was sick all night. I honestly don't know what brought on my food aversion. I had planned to make overnight oats for breakfast, but after I fed the dog I went to "lie down" for a few minutes and didn't get up again until 4 a.m. I made the oats and now I'm just waiting for the liquid to absorb. Hoping to get more food and liquid in today. As for KQOTD - I LIVE for BB cream. I go back and forth between more expensive (my favorite is Smashbox, but I've graduated to the CC cream) or Neutrogena. I'm using the Neutrogena BB right now and love it! The Garnier had a funky smell to me, but I keep a tube in reserve. BB/CC creams for the win!
Here's my plan for the day
B: Overnight oats
L: Turkey and cheese
D: Hamburger patty, slice of cheese
S: Skinny vanilla latte
E: 4 mile run (wholly dependent on food consumption. If I can't eat, I can't run)

Just finished one hour swim class at Y. Leaving Chicagoland tomorrow say some prayers I get out of here on time and no problems.
