What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
Good Morning!
If I survive the month of February at work it will be a miracle. Today I feel like I am herding cats. And I'm in back-to-back meetings offsite, so shakes and quest bars it is. We're supposed to go to a Chuck E Cheese fundraiser tonight for the PTA, but the weather is supposed to get nasty. My menu is totally up in the air, so I'm not going to bother posting. But I do have a few moments before my next meeting, so I wanted to check in and look for some menu inspirations for next week.
I too just discovered BB Creams. I buy the Benefit brand (The Big Show, or something like that) along with their anti-shine stuff under - fantastic! When I got my new job in August I decided I was going to start taking care of me...I have since become a "platinum" member at Ulta...oppps?

I'm worth it!
Platinum? What's that?! LOL All of my face stuff is Garnier; I love it and it loves me back.
Wednesdays are crazy for me between work, gym, then volleyball so I usually eat out. Chipotle and Jimmy Johns are two of my favorite restaurants to get "ordinary" meals that meet my nutrition goals. Note I'm 3+ years out and generally speaking a "big eater".
B: I don't eat breakfast.
L: Chipotle salad: chicken, black beans, double fajita vegetables, mild and tomatillo salsa for "dressing".
D: #12 Unwich from Jimmy John's: extra turkey, no mayo, add mustard, sprouts, and onions.
TOTALS: 770 calories, 87g protein, 48g carbohydrates, 28.5g fat.
Plus snacks, which will be simple things like fruit, vegetables, or maybe some low-fat string cheese. With my ordinary meal totals so low and my activity so high, I don't usually track or concern myself too much with snacks unless they're splurges.
But what about makeup? Foundation?
