What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
I haven't tried it, I will have to look into that!
Some days I feel like I am NOT doing it right to get to goal. But then others I know I am doing my best. Life just sometimes gets in the way I guess. WHY CAN'T I BE PERFECT??? HAHAHA Ok, ok, but perfect, but how about actually getting to goal without having to hack off a limb?
The only way to get weights in to Trendweight is through Fitbit.com. You don't need a scale, or even a Fitbit, but you do need a Fitbit account. The only place I originally posted regular weights was MyFitnessPal, which linked to Fitbit and synced the weights, which then linked to Trendweight.
It was seamless for me, as all I had to do was link accounts, but I can see where it could be a pain. But that's what you get for free, I guess.

It's pretty cool, right? And seeing a smooth line on the graph is soothing. I'll bet you can clearly see that your trend has been consistently in the right direction.

You're right it is going in the right direction. But I still know these last few months haven't been my "best". I have also NEVER been this close to a goal weight....ever. I know the weight loss slows down (logically anyway), and I know that once I hit my goal weight nothing changes. Yet I am still impatient to get there! hahahaha
What can I say, I have Amazon Prime and want things RIGHT NOW!! haha

That's so frustrating. Hang in there! Mine looks like it went from a ski jump to a flat line...
Graphs from scientific weight loss studies with closely controlled calories and exercise show an inverted parabola. Just sayin.'
