For those of you that have tried Fit Frappe, Chike, etc- do you have a favorite? I want some....Very badly. But at that price I want to make a good investment:)

I love Click Mocha.  LOVE.  I mixes up great in a blender bottle and a canister is like 14 2-scoop servings.  Totally worth the $20 I spend ordering it from Amazon.

I ordered some of this but it is. So high in carbs. I am afraid to use it.

Wha?  It's got 12 carbs in a 2-scoop serving!  On the days I want it, I just make it fit.  Don't be scurred.

I've tried them both and I prefer Fit Frappe. I think it's a little sweeter than Chike (which is my personal preference), and I find it easier to blend without using the immersion blender or bullet. But they are both tasty, so I don't think you can go too horribly wrong!

I like both Chike and Fit Frappe Mocha. I lean more towards fit frappe. Fit Frappe also has a very delicious Chai.

I used to be obsessed with makeup - perfect hair, perfect face, perfect nails.... Somewhere along the way I started to relax about the whole thing, so now I opt for a really good haircut, moisturizer, and natural nails. I still love getting all glammed up for an evening out, though, and my makeup of choice is Lancome.

Food:

B: quick steel cut oats with added protein

L: chicken breast and small banana

D: roasted pork tenderloin with grape tomatoes

S1: HB egg, S2: frozen mixed berries

Cal-886, protein-88, fibre (we spell it 're' in Canada) - 32

Freezing rain here today, so exercise will be on the treadmill.

My weight is up again this morning   Check out my weight loss graph.  If you look at the 6 month, there is a down trend (which is good of course), but check out the last like 2 1/2 months!!! YIKES.  Then the 3 months chart is ALL up/down/up/down/up/down.  VERY MADDENING!!

Have you tried Trendweight.com? If not, I HIGHLY recommend it. It gives you a graph, but will smooth out the up and down bumps and gives you a more pleasing curve. And it will extrapolate your past weights, show you a future graph and give you a date you can expect to reach goal. Provided you stick to what you've been doing.
