What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
Hey- weather is still icky here. And last night our new deck roof starting leaking- SUPER pissed off. DH has contacted the contractor he needs to get his %$%$ here asap and fix it.
I've been using Mary kay and also the trumatch from the drugstore. Im the whitest person ever so have trouble finding the correct color that isnt too dark. I only wear makeup sometimes since I work from home.

At the hospital with mom, so no menu today. I did have a light and fit greek for breakfast. I'll likely eat at the cafeteria, but will make good choices and log everything.
I snapped a pic this morning, don't tell her I posted it here. She made me promise no Facebook, but didn't say anything about the internet in general. Lol

Praying right now for Mom and you and Dad too,Deanna. Very busy day yesterday and only got in half my exercise so today I must get back on track. Since we have 3 inches of snow today,exercise will be 4 miles on the treadmill and 30 minutes on the bike. I am terrible about wearing makeup as I never learned how. I am very pale and since I lost weight I have tons of wrinkles everywhere. The only makeup I ever use is blush and occasionally lip gloss. I never really worried about stuff like that when I was obese because I didn't want to be noticed. I probably need a makeover somewhere so I can learn the basics. Here's the food plan today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 31/2 oz turkey burger 1/2 c beans D 31/2 oz cheesy sausage from last night 1/2 c green beans S Greek yogurt. I have been wearing make-up since I was 15. I wish I never started. I feel like I have to wear it all the time. I try to go out with none on and I feel naked. I went to WAWA this morning without it on. My husband would rather me not to wear it. He likes the natural look.
I took my daughter to learn how to put on make-up and she really never wears it. She has perfect skin.
B:Two 24 oz coffees/Egg whites with ham
L: Tuna with mayo
D:Chicken sausage with portobello mushrooms and peppers with chicken breast. Cleaning the fridge out. One pot meal to last three days.

Oooh- Ulta makes me salivate. I all love make up and skin care and was just telling myself this morning that i need to make sense of my bathroom cabinet.
