What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
I use the long lasting lip color from MAC. I can put it on in the morning and it lasts most of the day. Unless I use a really dark color (which I only do when I am going out fancy at night), I never feel like I have a problem getting it off at night. It comes in a tube with color at one end and gloss on the other.

Hey everyone. I don't post food every day, because most days are just sooooo similar. Not yesterday. It was day 2 of sitting in my car in a driveway waiting for a plumber to replace a water heater I rented from the gas company. I was afraid to leave in case they did finally appear. I was prarie dogging it for two hours.
When they showed, it was bad news. They were going to require about $2,000 worth of changes, on top of the monthly rental. So I threw them out, and learned how to install a water heater. I got done about 8:30 last night. Mixed in were about 6 trips to supply houses.
So, what I ate yesterday was Quest Bars. 14 of them. 12 chocolate brownie, and 2 chocolate chip cookie dough. Yeah, not a clean eating sort of diet. But my calories came out to be my maintenance, right on the nose. 5 years ago, I would have made three stops at Wendys and McDonalds, had several burgers, 6 large fries, and probably some junk at the convenience store. At least 3 times as many calories.
So, not an ideal eating day. But a big improvement in quantity, if not quality, over my past life. And I committed to sharing the good, the bad, and the ugly. My stats for the day:
2,420 calories, 330g carbs, 262 grams "fiber," 88g fat, 282g protein

I'm still a pretty big guy. According to all of those online calorie calculators, for what they're worth, I'm actually eating exactly what someone my height and weight shoud be eating to maintain a steady weight.
I've also seen a lot of people who could eat more and still maintain for a couple of years after losing. But then their calories have to go back down, or they gain. So I'm always keeping my eye on my weight and my calories, so I can adjust if I need to. I think it's a mistake to think we can eat the same way, or the same amounts, forever. Life is about adjustments.

They call it fiber, but it doesn't act that way. It's just carbs to me.

Well, the floor is dry, nothing exploded, and people can shower. So far, so good.

You Sir, are amazing! You adulted all over the place yesterday!!!
So I had, what I consider, a bad eating day the other day. I tracked everything like always, and it was 1,200 calories. UUMMMM Pretty sure in my "other life", that would have been ONE cheat meal!!!!
