This weekend was good but horrible. I did not workout, not once, and I can only blame myself. I also ate like crap. Lots of sugar and hardly any water or protein. I feel awful today. Why does Valentine's day candy have to be 70% off and why can't I resist a deal on carbs?? Anyway, today is a new day. 2 days until my mini-vacation to Florida. I'm really looking forward to getting away. Just me and a girlfriend, no kids, no husbands, just us :)
But... I went to look for my swimsuit (non-athletic one) and its gone. WTF? I've worn it like 3 times and I can't find it. So yesterday I went on a quest to find a new casual swimsuit. OMG! I hate how I look. I swear its tougher to find a suit now than it was 100 lbs ago. I think I have unrealistic expectations for myself. Also, are swimsuits sized smaller than regular clothing? I usually wear a 6 in normal clothing but I am a 10 in swimsuits...

I have to go swin suit shopping too, we are going to Florida in April, I am dreading it and keep putting it off. Let me know what you end up getting or where you find it.
Excited for your mini vacation, that will be a blast!

Well it's Monday, nothing too exciting. Husband has a job interview at my office today, right now as we speak. I'm happy if it's something he wants, thank goodness it's a huge company and building so I won't actually work with him or see him everyday, but why yes we will be able to use the HOV on the way to work.
I did pretty good this weekend food wise, stuck to my little portion cup half dense protein half veggies. One lapse was lunch at Red Robin but I still ordered well and stayed mostly on track.

I was pretty excited, I got cleared last week. I've never craved carrots like I had during that almost three month period. Funny thing is I still haven't eaten one yet. I did eat some fresh red bell pepper and a cucumber slice over the weekend. I'm being slow and cautious with the lettuce.
