See? This is what happens when you get too much time around little children and babies. You turn into a smartass. I'm jealous.

Do you not like eggs? Or do they not like you? They're like my favorite thing and now I'm thinking of them and sort of wishing I had them on my menu today...

I had a lovely weekend - though I made SO MANY poor choices when it came to food - so I guess that makes it a not so great weekend in some ways. But I did get some decent work outs in AND forced the fella to go on a VERY short hike yesterday morning - I think he hated me a little bit.

This evening is yet another evening meeting, so my schedule isn't ideal. However I did get to go to the gym at like 7:15 this morning, which is the sweet spot - after the before working crowd and before the old folks and stay at home moms. Some of my favorite people in the world are STHMs, but there is little I hate more than them when at the gym. WHY do they have to walk 5 across on the track at -1 mph? WHY?!

I love eggs, but lately they hate me.  I keep trying, though.  I'm a food masochist.  LOL

The chicken for dinner sounds delish.  I have some breast tenders in the freezer and pesto in the fridge, so I may have to copy you!

That's how I feel about cleaning.  In my case it's absolutely about the destination and NOT the journey.  LOL

Can't wait for the weather to warm up- we have had rain the past 2 days and more to come today. It is really messing with my outdoor exercise routine. I'm about 1 pound from onderland, I'm so super impatient.

I haven't gotten out my new bike that I got for christmas, but was smart enough to get a helmet. I know how clumsy I am.... I hope i can remember how to ride properly and not fall off.

This weekend I cleaned/organized clothes closet out for DH, went grocery shopping, made salmon last night. It was amazing!! new recipe.

B: carbmaster smoothie /decaf coffee with miralx

S: 1/2 quest i think

L: tuna/ edamame hummus

S: bacon jerky

D: baked chicken with quest chips as coating (1st time trying it) and green beans/sweet potato if space

S: not sure

Calories: under 700

exercise: depends on rain what I will do.

Well Friday night I cooked chick breast a new way, and it was SUPER SUPER moist and awesome.  I ate a whole 1.5oz without getting the slime or getting sick!!  That sounds like I am only 3 months out for surgery or something, but for ME that is a HUGE deal! HAHAHA  I even sent Deanna a message to tell her my exciting news!    Im so lame!

Yesterday on the other hand was a damn CARB FEST!!  I ***** about not losing, and being in a stall....or whatever....then go off the rails.  We had a birthday celebration for Hubby yesterday with the kids and my parent's.  Mom made her taco salad layered dip thing, its very yummy.  And not bad if you eat it by itself.  So what do I do??  Eat it with the Doritos she brought.  UGH  Then I had a piece of the homemade from scratch chocolate cake I made.  112g of carbs yesterday.....OUCH  Today is a new day!

I also have caught a cold.  My voice is pretty much gone and I can feel a cough coming on.  The boys BOTH have coughs this morning.    I hope this doesn't mess with my pouch, I find if I have post nasal drip it fills my pouch and then I have trouble eating and drinking!  yuck

10 months 2 weeks since surgery

I saw pics of the cake too. I would have caved and I don't even like chocolate cake much.
