It was a okay weekend for me. I too love the sunshine even when its cold. It has been low 30's mid 50's here in Portland. I did manage to get more exercising/walking in this week end but did have a couple of bad choices with my eating. I was reminded quickly why I cant over do the sugar though so that does tend to get me back on track quickly.
The wife is is Boston for the week working so Im on my on with meals this week (she usually handles at least the dinners)
B-Carbmaster key lime yogart and 1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese
L- deli chicken breast and vegies
D- left over drunken noodles (more chicken, less noodles)
S- chicken jerkey
578 calories 54 carbs 60 protein ( I will likely add more chicken to my drunken noodle mix that will bring up my calories and protein a little)
