What's On Your Monday Menu, RNYers?
Good Monday morning, fellow menu posters! How did everyone fare over the weekend? Did we all behave ourselves? I did well food-wise and even managed a 2.5 mile walk around the block yesterday. That's right, people. I exercised. LOL
It's chilly here this morning, but the sun is like God's flashlight and it is glorious! It's so bright and clear outside. I cannot tell you guys how much a little bit of sun, regardless of the temperature, affects my mood. In a good way. Heh I'm way ahead of myself, considering it's only the middle of February, but I can't wait for spring!

Good Morning!
The weekend had its good and bad.
The weather was SO beautiful on Saturday, 60 for the better part of the day. I got to clean out the car, go for a long walk as a family, and it wasn't torture running in/out of the store and loading up the kids. Makes me excited for vacation next week and Spring. It's amazing how much better a little sunshine can make you feel!
I did not have a good eating day yesterday, it was a "big pouch" type day. There was thin crust pizza involved. My insides are not happy with me today, and I just feel kinda "blah". It's a good reminder of how poor (or even good) food decisions impact both my physical and mental wellbeing. I'm disappointed in myself, but today is a new day and the menu looks pretty good.

I'm worth it!
Sounds like my weekend a little bit! I got in a 3 mile walk and I cleaned out my car on Saturday! I also didn't to too well on the eating end. I had 4 bites the edges of a apple fritter. Well it was yum but I didn't feel to well afterward. I also had a few chips. UGH... well back on track today.

Ugh I'm still so stinkin' sick. Nothing earth shattering, just a cold... but I'm so ready to be done. I sound like I smoke 30 packs a day. Ha. Back at work, though. Boo. But I agree--sunshine really helps.
I was very naughty with my menu on Saturday. Back on track, dammit.

Morning AV. Daylight savings time starts 2 weeks from next Sunday. That, and spring training, means spring is here.
I behaved myself over the weekend, but it was only because of lack of opportunity.
I had movie popcorn Saturday and Sunday. Mmmmm.
