I'd rather have a nice fatty steak than a filet any day of the week.  Before surgery, my husband would cut all of the fat off of his steak and pu**** to the side of his plate, get it after he was done and eat it all. and then I wondered why I gained 75lbs after we met and he maintained his weight... lol.

Fat is delicious. It has a bad name, and horrible advertising.

Butter is mostly fat. Cheese is mostly fat. Cream is mostly fat. Fat. Is. Delicious.

I don't eat low fat now, but I can tell you that I was eating EXTRA fat back then, on top of high carb, super high calorie.  Now I have no room for his fat, I can barely get my own in.

for me, always hands down its Filet Mignon (Tenderloin). I do it to medium rare and its soft, juicy, succulent and YUMMY!  My hubby always gets the ribeye, honestly I visually can't take seeing that ribbon of fat. But tenderloin all day, every day baby!

On a side note, when you make your protein hot chocolate, do you use milk or water?  I bought 2 different kinds from Nashua Nutrition and haven't tried either yet.

usually water, from my Keurig machine.  I stir the hell out of it and then add about a splash or two of milk, same amount as if I was making a coffee.  So probably 2 tbsp of milk, mix it up and drink it right away.  YUMMY

Happy Friday! Why do smoke alarms always choose 2:30a to malfunction?!?! Oh well I get up early anyways but I would have enjoyed the extra hour.  This weekend my daughter is at camp and I have my 1/2 marathon on Sunday...nerves are setting in a bit. I just have to get it through my head that it's just a walk/run-I can think about the mileage and route after the fact :)
