What's on Your (photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?
Good Morning!
I'm totally bummed, I made breakfast egg muffins on Sunday to get me through the week, and while one of the kids was in the fridge on Wednesday they knocked out the container and they spilled out. The dog was THRILLED! Me, not so much. I've been having shakes for breakfast, which can be difficult. My menu looks pretty much the same as yesterday. My husband didn't get around to putting the crockpot on, so we had ricotta bake last instead. Tonight will hopefully be the turkey sloppy joe, I even put it all together, he just has to put take it out of the fridge and turn it on...
Nothinh too exciting this weekend, cleaning and Lego Meetup. Woo hoo!
I'm attempting to share a picture of 2 of the little trouble makers mentioned above. They're the best of friends :)

I love the egg muffins too and would have been really bummed if all of mine landed on the "dog floor" (I have two Labs, that is why I say dog floor cuz anything that falls on the floor is eaten in lighting speed, so I know exactly what you mean)! Crock pots, one of the best inventions out there, fingers crossed hubby turns it on for you LOL

It's amazing, and as soon as he hears the fridge door he's right there. Or when he hears the table being set he goes and lays under the baby's high chair. I also never realize what messer eaters my kids are until we go somewhere and there is no dog that "vacuums" up everything behind them :)

Soppy Joe and cottage cheese...do you mix them together or eat separately?
