Good morning everyone. Other than a run at the beach tomorrow morning, I've got absolutely nothing planned. I LIKE it! I have some errands to run and some cleaning (yuck) but other than that, I'm plan free. Looking forward to a nice, quiet weekend. Day 2 of operation no peanut butter/somersaults is in the books and I'm another .8 lbs down. Nothing else in my menu has changed, so it has to be that. Last night was hard, and the peanut butter was calling my name, but I didn't give in. I did go buy another jar of PB2, but I honestly can't decide if I'm going to use it. Part of me thinks I have to go completely cold turkey and part of me says the substitute is ok (since I will only use the PB2 as a mix in to my yogurt and overnight oats. I would never mix it up and eat it by the spoonful). Thoughts?
Here's my plan for the day
B: Leftover New York strip
L: Left over grilled chicken and veggies
D: The great unknown. I'm having dinner with my mother. Likely some chicken or fish
S: deli ham (2 oz)/provalone (1 oz)/light and fit/skinny vanilla latte
Totals (without dinner) Cal. 660; Protein: 89g; Fat: 14g; Carbs: 29g
Have a good weekend!
I think the PB2 is a good idea if you're just using it as a mix-in. It's amazing in strawberry yogurt.

I say go cold turkey... it seems like it might be a trigger food for you. I wouldn't/t but that's just me. Your run on the beach sounds wonderful, please think of me here in snowy Canada as you run!! Have a great weekend. Great job on the down another .8!!

Good afternoon! Been a crazy work day so far for me, so I'm late. I need to get some pics uploaded here, I will work on that next week, so no POTD for me!
Our weekend plans of going tubing are likely out the window since my 13 year old son likely has strep again, leaving work in a bit to take him to the ped. Probably going to a boys basketball game tonight, cleaning house on Saturday, working Saturday night OT, and sleeping Sunday til afternoon. Of course, TWD is back on Sunday night, YAY.
