Missed you guys this week. I've been very busy at work, and that crazy schedule resulted in a very bad cold. I'm home sick today with a hacking cough and no voice. I'm not feeling like eating so I think I'll stick mostly to shakes today and hope my throat feels better by dinner time.
No pic for me today but feel free to just imagine me slumped on the couch in a robe surrounded by a pile of tissues. That also doubles as the answer to what my plans are this weekend. Blergh.
B: Fit Frappe Espresso
S: hot tea with unflavored Unjury protein
L: strawberry lemonade protein shake
D: Turkey

Hope you feel better soon. Tylenol Cold & Flu works wonders for me and Nyquil to get a good sleep.
Good for you for keeping up your protein intake even while sick! Feel better!
