Deanna,

I am so sorry. I can read the panic in your post. Don't run. Can you call in sick for a day or use a vacation day? Send your kid to daycare/school and REST? If you can, do it. Prayers.

I'm already here,  lol.

Boss just dropped another bomb on us.  Huge account is signing on.  No idea how we're going to handle it,  but okay. We are a department of three doing the work of 6. Adding in work that would keep another person busy full time.  They won't hire anyone else,  and even if they did it would take a year to train them.

I'm going to leave eventually,  and need to not feel bad about the bind I'll be putting my coworkers in.

I'm feeling better, even though nothing has changed.  I think sometimes the anticipation of going in and dealing with the **** puts me into a panic.  Once I get here I just get numb, lol.

Vlasic has a "Low sodium" Kosher Dill that has 25% less sodium.  One spear is ZERO calories, lol.  It's got 150mg sodium per spear.

My mouth is watering thinking about it.  I stuck with the tilapia and green beans last night, but I really wanted the damn burger.  My hubby will be home tonight so we'll have burgers and I'll make them some frozen french fries.

Sounds to me like you need a break in a bad way.  Hopefully you can schedule some time this weekend to spend some time alone and regroup.   Please talk to your doctor immediately, schedule time with a counselor.  Get some help.  and as NY mom said "eat the damn burger"!

Thanks, I have an appointment with my therapist on Tuesday, which is actually another source of stress for me.  My therapist has really ****ty hours, so I've got an 8am appointment, but that will make me 1.5 hours late for work.  I have become so filled with anxiety about just telling my boss I need time off for an appointment, even though I have 15 days paid vacation, 2 paid personal days and 5 sick days available this year.  I have used none of it yet.  I feel too guilty and I know I shouldn't.

Stop with the guilt! These are your benefits and you work for them. :)

Praying for an extra dose of peace for you. And there is nothing at all wrong with a burger. There are lots worse things you could be eating. In fact I had a small 5 guys burger without a bun for supper and it was delicious! We need some fat in our diet to prevent constipation. Beef is a good source of protein. And glad we could be here to at least listen.

Sorry Deanna. I hope tomorrow is a better day. Vent here as much as you like. Sharing the anguish helps.

Good Morning and Happy Friday-Eve (close to Friday Kristen!)

I was awakened early when my husband whacked me in the face when he rolled over and I couldn't fall back asleep so I just got up and hit the gym a few mins earlier than I normally do-this allowed me to not feel so rushed getting ready (silver-lining I guess!)

We have a cal-king pillow top mattress that is about 5 years old, I think it's a Sealy. It's pretty comfy and I can't complain. Hope your back feels better.
