I wear leggings, a tank top, a cardigan and flats that I can slip off.  Of course I take off the cardigan and shoes.

I think we are all the same way in that we don't want to eat before weighing in.  I try to schedule my appointments for the morning, but am not always successful in that, sometimes I have to have a little something first.

I would love to do that, but my doctor schedules follow up appointments in the afternoon.  That's a LONG time to go without food.  I also refuse to weigh in wearing shoes or a sweater.  Even so, his scale is ALWAYS 3-5lbs more than my scale at home (and I know mine is correct since I calibrated it with hand weights!)

Absolutely no eating before weigh-in. I just don't understand people with afternoon appointments

My surgeon's office doesn't really give you a choice about times.  Because they only do certain types of appointments on certain days at certain times.  JERKS!!

Same. And I ALWAYS wear "light" clothes and make them let me take my shoes off. Inevitably I'm like 2-3 pounds heavier than at home and I always tell the nurse that and she's like "Yeah, that doesn't count...."

Before surgery, my PCP's practice had about a dozen exam rooms. Only one of them had a scale that would work for me. I maxed out all the others, so they wouldn't get a weight, or they'd put down what I said I weighed at home. I always to avoid that one evil scale.

Good Morning!

We don't need a new mattress as bad as we need a BIGGER mattress. We have a queen size bed, but it fills up pretty quickly with me, my husband, 2 kids, and a 175 lbs dog...luckily it's usually just the weekend mornings when we all end up in there. I do like our mattress though, nothing fancy, just a pillow top. Until everyone in our house learns to sleep in their own beds, it'll do :)
