I eat the Tonno tuna as well. Plain with pepper. After you eat it, other tunas taste nasty.

I have never heard of Tonno tuna. I looked online and they look like they are all packed in olive oil...? I am not opposed to the fat, but normal tuna packed in oil always seems too greasy to me. Do you know if there is Tonno packed in water? Or, is the Tonno not all that oily?
I refuse to be a party to foods pull, I just don't care anymore. My husband bought me lasagna because I have bronchitis and haven't been eating and it didn't tempt me in the least. I battled food demons for years, I slayed them finally. The only thing I crave is fresh lemon for my unsweetened iced tea. It is what I always crave, zero calories and super healthy.

Except when it is.
I hate being hungry. I get anxious, I get panicky. I go into emergency mode. That's what I've learned about myself.
And you know, of course, that toast isn't the answer. It's delicious (and I've rationalized my way through Ezekiel bread toast). And honestly? I've been exactly on your journey....rapid loss/euphoria -> regain -> lose for real and eventually truly maintain.
And eating nothing but meat (or nothing but vegetables or nothing but shakes or nothing bu****er or nothing but bananas or whatever we choose...) is just a variation on a fad diet. Nothing but.
Eat the meat. But balance it out with some complex carbs/veggies. Balance in all things. Inch along in the right direction.
I feel that anxiety with hypoglycemia I developed about 18 months out. It wasn't really a diet change but just an attempt to curb the carb hunger. It was also a way I could tell myself..you can eat, you can have what you want but it needs to be protein or protein and fat. Today I had kale and yogurt so I'm moving back in the zone.
