Just wondering how much people have lost during the liquid diet.

My Dr has me doing 2 weeks of Bariatric Advantage.

My surgeon required a 7 day liquid diet preop, but I misunderstood the instructions and started it a day late. I did 6 full days, and I lost about 11lbs.

I'm on Optifast 900 and I've lost 3lbs in 7 days. I started at 335lbs and now I'm 332.

Yay...

Starving all day for over a week has gotten me SOOO far

I have two more weeks to go of this torture.

Then on to more (but different! ) torture.

mine was only a week and i think I lost 6-7 pounds
