What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?

Hi daisy, 

My surgery is not until March 16th. It's also at Toronto Western hospital with Dr.  Timothy jackson.

I suppose that's why I'm not sure about meal planning as yet. I have the manual. In it tells us what to eat at each stage. In it it says to cut food up in really small pieces-pencil eraser size. But reading the posts on the what's on the menu-I was surprised we could eat two eggs and meat. But as you said,  it's not til 2 years plus. I'm worried about regain that's why I'm anxious about how much to eat.

I wood love the twh post op inserts. So I can syst reading that beforehand. Thank you so much for your kindness and helpfulness.
