ASSHOLE!  Seriously, fit people come in so many shapes and sizes (including sz 2!).  I hate when people assume you're not a runner because you don't have a runner's body... I f&^&ng run therefore I AM A RUNNER!!

Preach it, sister!  When my friend mentioned that I run 1/2 marathons, he switched his tune and said weights would do WONDERS for me.  Never mind that I take circuit class and lift 2x a week.    JERK!

They are trained to do that crap...it is not you. My son and daughter in law took a tour at a local gym just so they cohld get free workout time while they were visiting....and they did the same thing to them. MY DIL is a Zumba instructor...they are in their 20s and workout all the time.

Dang-- I started this message at 8:30, work stuff went cray and now its 1PM. Since I'm late I'll just post my meals:

Time since surgery: 9 months

M1: 1/2 c. egg beaters 1.6oz Virginia ham, sprinkle of cheddar cheese 1/2 banana

M2: Greek yogurt, Pumpkin spice granola and chocolate covered strawberry

M3: 2oz pepper turkey/ham & cheese stick. I forgot my cashews so may buy some pretzels)

M4: I want baked Chicken Parmesan-- but with how my day is going not sure if I'll get to a store to buy the ingredients.
