What low carb program do you follow

I am 12 years out from my RNY surgery. Last year I gained back like 40 pounds due to some serious personal issues.  Once I realized what I was doing to myself I just started watching my carbs and portion control again. I still eat protein first and foremost.  I don't count calories at all. It is amazing to me that my pouch still works so well.  I just let it do the work again.  I am two pounds away from my former weight and very happy about it!!!     I love the fact that my skinny jeans fit again!!!

My husband and I both had success with the 17 day diet a few years back. There is a book we liked it

I am following my doctor's prescribed low carb food plan.

800 calories
60-80 grams of protein
no more than 50 grams of carbs per day

I am still having trouble hitting my protein for the day but I am working on it.

I'm still in the honeymoon phase at about 7 1/2 months out, but I'm following what my NUT prescribed: 60-80g protein, 64oz water, and NO SIMPLE carbs. That's pretty much it.

At three years out  -  I had to go back to low carb. I did not particularly follow a strict low carb regimine while losing. However, now that my malabsprption is gone and my hunger is back - I find that low carb helps keep me from starving to death.

I am trying to drop a few pounds - my doc's goal weight was higher than mine - Mine was 155 and I am 163 today. I am out of my comfort zone. So I have been pretty strict.

I count calories AND carbs.  A rampant bacon fest is no good for anyone IMHO

My nutritionists plan is 30 grams of nonveggie carbs per day, at least 64 ox of water and 60-80 grams of protein.
