15 recipes for low calorie, High protein appetizers, desserts, snacks
While posting on my blog today, I came across an article on PopSugar for 15 great recipes that were under 150 calories. Too good to list them all so I wanted to share the link. Substitute sugar for splenda, greek yogurt or fat free yogurt for regular, add dates, currants or prunes for added fiber and sweetener. Enjoy!
