Probiotics are amazing!
I posted about having issues with my stomach about 2 weeks ago or so - having issues with feeling bloated and constipated for weeks. I had issues with IBS before and just generally not feeling good. I thought probiotics might help but wasn't sure. I asked here and got a lot of yes - definitely try them.
I started them immediately and I'm not exaggerating that within 24 hours my stomach was feeling better and I've been feeling so much better the last 2 weeks! Thanks for everyone *****plied and gave me the info that it was a good idea. I'm definitely continuing them.

Warning about chewables: they are fairly nasty-tasting so decide if you have a high tolerance before investing. A good website for research is www.usprobiotics.com. I choose to eat yogurt and drink Kefir daily.
