What's On Your Monday Menu, RNYers?
I don'****ch The Walking Dead-- Just never got into it. Your V-day is my idea of perfect-- I'm a simple gal-- don't need to be wined and dined. Sitting in watching something and splitting a meal is pretty darn cool IMO, I made chocolate covered strawberries-- yum...still snacking on them today.
Time since surgery: 9 months
M1: 1/2 banana, 1 egg/2oz egg beaters, 1.6 oz ham, 1 chocolate/strawberry
M2: 1 slice french toast (couldn't resist the left over piece from breakfast)
M3: Pepper turkey, cheese stick and cashews
M4: Meatloaf, riced cauliflower (I found this at TJ and felt like I won the lottery!!) and green beans
I may add a 1/2 protein shake to boost my protein
5'6.5" High weight:337 Lowest weight:193/31 BMI: Goal: 195-205/31-32 BMI

I don'****ch TWD either, mainly because we have one TV and I have to watch something little kid friendly. The extent of that to me is NCIS and sometimes that's pushing the envelope. Yesterday was great for me...my husband stayed with the kids because my gym doesn't do Sunday daycare and I went to bike class and worked out after. Then, I had pre-prepared some breadless chicken parm yesterday morning and we ate that and had salad. We took our kids to the movies for their first trip to the cool movies with the recliners and watched Kung Fu Panda 3. It was HILARIOUS!!! Great family movie if anyone is interested! I did buy some of that SmartFood popcorn before we went and I stuffed it into my purse. I ate that and I admit to eating some Twizzlers, too. Last night I had a bit of a low sugar issue, feeling all sweaty, foggy, etc. because I know I ate a small bit of crap...it always gets me. Today has been better so far...

So far I'm at: 806 calories, 69 carbs, 21 fats, and 84 proteins...I won't eat anymore carbs today except for what's in a Greek yogurt probably...
