Good Morning, I took today off of work and made an appt to get my oil changed-exciting stuff right? That and I need to get a few items for my daughter's church camp coming up this weekend. My Valentine's was pretty nice, the walk we did in the morning was fun and the rest of the day was pretty low key. I did make a lasagna for my hubby (I did leave a small portion noodle-less for me).

Also, I have to mention, I don'****ch The Walking Dead. I know, you all think I'm crazy, and I might be just a little. My husband is a long time comic collector who has read the comics, and we tried to star****ching the show when it came out. The problem is that I am a HUGE sissy when it comes to scary stuff. I know that the basis of the show isn't really focusing on the zombies, but I watched the first two episodes and was basically hiding my face in the covers the whole time. I don'****ch scary movies either, I just can't do it. I feel bad for my hubby, because I know he'd enjoy it, but he doesn'****ch it because I can't be comfortable watching it. One of these days he'll sit down and binge watch it all on Netflix while I do something else.
Good Morning AV and The Team! I had a wonderful weekend...with beautiful weather. In fact, I wore sandals to Church yesterday.
Didn't really do any tv - it did me! I fell asleep first in the den and then on the couch! I have a lot on the DVR so that is what I'm going to do next. I had to go food shopping this morning and that is why I'm so late posting. I went to the store hungry which I KNOW is a no no...ut I didn't do bad. My 11yr son eats everything so I probably won't have anything in the house by Saturday.

Have a great day everyone!
Im totally a TWD geek!!! and WOW, just wow!!!
I had company all weekend and went out to eat oh tooooo much!! I feel like I cheated so much I was scared to get on the scale this morning so I didn't. I think about all the walking I did but didn't seem to make me feel better. I think it is because I have been sticking with my meal planning pretty well and I didn't really have a "plan"
I do have to say though I went to Voodoo donuts yesterday because almost anyone who comes to Portland has to have the voodoo donut experience. I bought some for my grand kids for Valentines day and I did not have even a small bite of one AT ALL!! That is a miracle in itself. I had 2 bites of someone's desert Fri night and 2 bits of one yesterday at brunch and that one made me feel not so well. Other wise I feel like I made some good choices but probably had too many calories and carbs and tequila. So today is a new day.
I will hit up the grocery store tonight after work so I can do my meal planning so for today I will eat from the cafeteria at the hospital. Some cottage cheese... chicken and tomatoes.
Have a great day everyone!
