Good Morning, all!  How was everyone's weekend?  Mine was C-O-L-D.  It was -27 when I got up yesterday.  That's the coldest reading in Syracuse in 20 years!  The dog was not at all happy during walkies, and was the most efficient pooper ever.  LOL  It's supposed to warm up today to the mid-20s.  Heat wave!

Matt ended up coming home yesterday, so we had a nice low-key Valentine's Day.  I made a crockpot venison thing I threw together because I wasn't going to the store, we split a chocolate covered brownie and I got a foot rub during the mid-season premiere of the Walking Dead.  It was pretty perfect, actually.  Does anyone watch TWD?  Holy crap, that episode was insane, amirite?!

Time since surgery:  Just under 19 months

B:  coffee, slice of 40 cal multigrain toast and with some mustard and an oz. of deli chicken breast, pork rinds

S:  Click Mocha!

L:  Mango chipotle salmon creations pouch on 34 Degree rosemary crackers and a LC wedge

D:  Leftover venison bean butternut squash thing over 1/4 c. mashed potatoes

TOTALS:  Cals:  812  Protein:  94  Carbs:  65  Fat:  21

Good Morning, and yes it was chilly this weekend. love my cuddlduds in this weather. Have a busy week. Today I am going to visit a dear friend in the Hospital. She is 88. I aspire to be like her as I grow old. She has always been full of life....and never looked her age because of that... She is not doing well. She was a like Grandma to my son.

Tuesday I leave for DC so I can have my pre-op appointment with Dr. Michaels on Wednesday....woop! woop! I decided to stay overnight because it was too much to drive back and forth in one day and then leave early Thursday for Chicago to meet my new granddaughter.

B: Tea, blueberry smoothie - need to change it up, vanilla protein with a few frozen blueberries thrown in

S: Chicken  Salad

L: 2 eggs, english muffin

S: yogurt

D: Low carb meatballs on bed of sauteed spinach

S: Hot Premier Protein ****ep saying this is what I am having and don't. I need the extra protein pre-surg so I am doing it tonight!)

E: 21-day-fix cardio

Good Morning!

No complaints about the weekend, except it was too cold. We took the kids to AirTime on Friday for Valentine's, we all had a great time! And the scale has been very kind to me this last week. Not sure why, but I'll take it!

My husband is out of town for work and my parents have the kids since my oldest is off for "mid-winter break". Which means I get the house to myself tonight, I really think it's been at least 2 years since that has happened! Sadly, the first thing I think of " now I can work late and get caught up!". I'm sure by 8:00 I'll be bored out of my mind and FaceTime'ing with either the kids or husband...

Good morning! Weekend was good.  Valentines Day was very nice.  Hubbie got me a giant Camelbak Hydration backpack, Honey Stinger Waffles and an REI membership.  He knows how to woe a girl.  It snowed all day here yesterday and me being me decided I must do my long run regardless.  I went out when it just started to snow and it really started coming down about 15 minutes in.  3 miles in I hit a patch of ice that was covered by snow and hit the ground hard.  I have a bruised hand and hip but no other harm done.  I even got up and finished 4 more miles :)  I will say this, I feel like a truck hit me this morning.  Ugh!

It is actually supposed to get in the 30s here today and up to 53 degrees on Friday!!  YAY!  HEAT WAVE!!

Oh no, I am glad you are ok from your fall.  Yikes!  Friggin Winter....why do you suck so much??

Your Hubby did GREAT for Valentine's day, my husband didnt get me anything....not even a card   He says he didn't forget, he just "didnt have time" to pick anything up.  NOT a good excuse Dude...

"didn't have time"?  Seriously?  I'm guessing there is a Walgreens/CVS/RiteAID on his way to something!!  He could have at least gotten a card.  That sucks!  I'm sorry.
