Benefiber and iron/vitamin supplements

Does anyone know if taking the recommended dose of Benifiber impacts our absorption of vitamins and iron supplements?

Researching on the Internet was of no help!

Thanks!

Benefiber is fine. But lots of things interfere with iron absorption. Calcium in any form, even dairy, as well as tea, coffee, soy, and a ton of other things. Best bet is to take iron and vitamin c at night before bed, with nothing else.
