Staying warm, drinking tea...did my exercise. Need to go out soon. In love with mu cuddldudsvon days like this.

I have a treadmill in the house but don't use it. It was my son's, and I've always felt uncoordinated on them. If I had a seperate den or something I would get a recumbent bike or rower, but don't want that in the middle of my living room. I do have my rebounder trampoline on the side of the living room, but that is light enough to move out of the room easily if needed.

Happy heart day RNY'ers!

I was up early and got my gym workout in. I'm proud because I've been working on 3 mile runs and today I did it in 36 minutes. In November when I did my first 5k, I did it in 44 minutes, so I'm making progress. I can't wait to be able to run outdoors again, too damn cold for that right now.

I also did well shopping yesterday. I'm between a 14 & 16, mostly 16 still though. I got 4 pairs of dress pants, 4 tops. I think I can go smaller in the tops so I may hold off on wearing them while I look around a bit.

Time since surgery: 9 months

M1: 1egg, 2oz egg beaters, 1oz ham and 3/4 container greek yogurt. (Full disclosure, I made French toast for my son and did eat the thin butt of the bread end I'd cut off).

M2: 1/2 of turkey burger, cheese, Chocolate  covered strawberry

M3: pepper turkey and Colby-hack cheese

M4: meatloaf and green beans

It is cold here today but I am holding out for the 70 degrees they are promising on Thursday!! Maybe then I will only need to wear one long sleeve shirt.

Muscle milk 100 with 2 shots of espresso and sugar free peppermint

Southwestern egg beaters with a hot and spicy breakfast patty

Chicken patty with no sugar bbq

Cinnamon Almond Cookie Bites(these are amazing, low carb and high protein)

Cals 470 Protein 68 Carbs 26 Fat 12

*I will probably add some cheese to the eggs and have a hot cocoa later. That will increase my protein to where it needs to be and my fat a bit, which I am attempting to do.

Today I slept late. Yay.

Looks like I will leave about 2:30 AM to head to the airport for my flight to CA. Supposed to be getting some freezing rain to need to get down there before it happens. I think I just wont go to sleep and stay up. I will try to sleep on plane.
