I think, for me, that is the hardest part.  Just because I messed up once does NOT mean that the rest of the day can become a free for all because "its blown anyway"

Yeah. That has always been a struggle for. Lots of "well I'll just start again tomorrow." Or more like "I'll start again on Monday" or "I'll start again at the beginning of the month." I'm better about getting right back on plan, but it's a damn struggle with myself every. time.

It will always be a struggle. I had too many years of eating too much crap, and the habit will never disappear. All I can do is keep a close eye on it, and try to balance the books over time.

I'd have eaten the chocolates too. Like a monkey on a cupcake.

Yeah, I have to remind the fella that sending me chocolates isn't the greatest idea. I mean, at some point after I've shown appropriate gratitude for his thoughtfulness!

I dislike being imprecise. When I'm not being exact with my food, it always comes back to bite me in the ass. So if it's ok with you guys, I'll post exactly what I ate yesterday, instead of what I think I'll eat today. I won't do it every day, since it will get boring and repetitive really fast.

I once visited the plant where they make conversation hearts. It looked like nothing had changed in 100 years. I wonder if they still make them here.

They were never high on my list of yummy things. I'd still eat them of course. I never liked the conversation part. They always seemed to be sassing me.
