What's on Your (photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?
It is SO fun. And even though we break some of the WLS rules (hello drinking), we balance that with a ton of activity and mostly good choices. You should totally make a meet-up happen if you ever are in the neighborhood of an OH pal!

For the record, I think I'll NEVER be at goal - because I have no self control. The fella, lovely bf that he is, sent me flowers. But said flowers came with chocolates (and a teddy bear but we won't talk about how I shoved it into my bag immediately not wanting my staff to see it). Now, any smart WLSer would have selected one to indulge with (or NONE, let's be honest) and then put the rest in the break room for coworkers.
Me? I totally just BINGED on ALL the chocolates. Yep, I ate NINE CHOCOLATES in the last two hours. Remember how everyone says old habits die hard? It's so true and, damn, do I know it! I need my therapist on speed dial I think. Now what I need to remember is just because I made a poor choice this morning I don't get to "blow" the rest of my day.
Ugh.
