What's on Your (photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?

Happy Photo Friday you guys!  Wheeeee!  Post 'em if ya got 'em!  I don't, natch, but I do want to share that I'm wearing a sweater that my mother knit (knitted?) like 30 years ago.  It's a cute little fisherman's cardigan sweater with a collar and it reminds me so much of her.  I'm feeling very nostalgic right now.

OK, enough of that crap.  LOL  Who's got awesome weekend plans?  I've already shared my plans to swim in Lake Me, but it's going to be effing cold here.  Maybe not as cold as WI (stay warm, Nikki!) but single digit temps and a below 0 wind chill is not my idea of a fun time.  I'm going to have to dig out the dog's coat for walkies.  LOL

QOTD!  Conversation Hearts:  delicious V Day treat or antacid disguised as candy?  I'm fully in Camp Conversation Heart.  Someone needs to get me some today.  I think that someone is me.  LOL

Time since surgery:  Almost 19 months

B:  coffee, Friendship Fit to Go cottage cheese with rosemary 34 Degree crackers

S:  Luna chocolate coconut almond protein bar.  I have no idea why I continue to torture myself with protein bars.  I keep trying different ones, thinking there'll be that perfect one that won't make me feel icky.  It's my white whale.  LOL

L:  deli chicken breast/cream cheese/pickle roll ups.  I'm going for the venial with today's sad desk lunch; don't care.

D:  mango chipotle salmon creations pouch with pork rinds and a cheddar stick

TOTALS (w/o the eventual conversation hearts  ):

Cals:  780  Protein:  80  Carbs:  50  Fat:  32

Have a great weekend and a love-filled Valentines Day!

I made GOAL! One freakin ounce below it, actually! Today I'm "normal" and not overweight for the first time in 30ish years. Holla! I won't include a pic because you all already saw me this week and despite feeling thin, I do not think I look so hot today... Haha.

Conversation hearts are cruel. Disguised as candy but really just a peice of chalk. But I'm generally disappointed in any candy that is not chocolate based. No fancy Valentines plans here--just staying curled up and warm in the frigid temps :)

...6.5 months post op...

B: Fit Frappe Espresso and 1/2 scoop Unjury chocolate with Decaf & with a Honey Mustard Turkey Stick

S: Fage Greek Yogurt 0% Cherry

L: Sargento balanced break

S: Cranberry Thin Addictives & Laughing Cow wedge

D: pulled pork and teeny salad

Exercise: none. I hurt my toe, running a few weeks ago and it's gotten worse, not better. Got my first cortisol shot yesterday with a strict warning to stay off for a bit, which is hard given how much I walk at work... I'll have to explore some non-standing exercises, but today I'm taking off.

It was 9 outside here also. 58 in my house. I still like it chilly, but that was a little cooler than I prefer. 62 is nice. 64 is time for shorts and tee shirt.

Is it a comfort thing, or a not burning money thing? It works out both ways for me.

Both.  We are cheap but I'd rather put on some more layers than be uncomfortably warm, especially when I'm sleeping.

My internal thermostat goes way up when I'm asleep. I don't know why, but I get very warm regardless of the room's temperature.
