Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.
M1 -24; M2 -21; M3 -19; M4 -21; M5 -13; M6 -21; M7 -10; M8 -16; M9 -10; M10 -8; M11 -6; M12 -5.
Don't think of it as a number, but as a place you feel healthy and happy in your skin. I would also take 100% advantage of your honeymoon phase. It doesn't last forever. I went below goal and bounced back up some. I am glad I went down that far.
I am three years out and trying to lose back to my personal goal weight. I like 155 (at 5'8") on me better than 169. I am down to 163 after upping the exercise and going really low carb. I could be happy at 169 - but my pants are too tight. Mind boggling to me how when I was a 22/24 I could gain and lose 20-25 pounds without changing sizes but the difference at smaller sizes is 5-7 pounds in my experience!
