Holy Chalky Heck!!!!

There are some nasty, nasty supplements out there! I got some samples from my dietician before surgery and then ordered a vitamin sample pack from Celebrate Vitamins for $3 and free shipping. Honestly, there was some of everything in that box and you can request specific items you'd like to try. It was well worth it before buying the big pack of anything!! I ended up figuring out I prefer the chews for calcium over the tabs so I got a variety of three flavors. Also really pleased with their chewable iron (grape flavor).

I must be the odd duck here because I love my vitamins.  Especially my Bariatric advantage chewable chocolate calcium, is a treat to me.

For the first 2-3 months I used the patches from PatchMD.com - they were great but since then they have had to remove that they meet ASBMS guidelines.  I went back to BariAdvanatge - and I am used to them now.  I think after 3 months or so, your doctor may let you have regular pills - for now it's chewable.  

I thought the bariadvantage were so horrible at first that I cannot believe I am OK with them now.  I get all of them for one co-pay through my insurance because they are medically required.
