 You need to start using them! I'm in my shop most days. It keeps me off the street. I would love a full size thickness planer, but only have room for a small one.

Oh lord, I also HATE HATE HATE when roll flops around.  I am always trying to squeeze it just right to get it perfectly round! HA

Over on teh TP. I can't compare cold days here to Karen's in Illinois... I know because my son and family live there so I see the ridiculously low temps... but this weekend they are predicting -20 with the windchill during the day. Ughhhhh.

Yesterday was my cardiology appointment. All good, even though the Primary was convinced my EKG had changed, he said it hadn't. So off to the next thing, next week meeting with plastic surgeon, and then off to Chicago to meet my granddaughter

Made a pot of Black Bean soup this Am in my new pressure cooker... Loving it. When I eat it though it will be Chicken and black beans for more protein...

B: Stawberry Inspire protein

L: Black beans with chicken

S: Yogurt and Blueberries

D: leftover steak and sauteed spinach

S: Hot premier protein - yummmm

E: 21-day-fix extreme leg day- Done!

I can finally kinda see. I'm at work, and I've been here for about 45 minutes and I'm getting to the point where I can actually function, but I'm still blurry. I had my eyes dialated this morning at about 8:30.

So, I'm an over the roll kinda girl. that is if the roll actually gets on the holder and doesn't just sit on the back of the toilet or the counter, lol. It's a gamble in my house, and it depends on who it is that has to get the paper out. if it's my husband it's on the holder, if it's me it's a 50/50 gamble depending on how much of a rush I'm in, and if it's my teenager it's on the counter or the toilet.

So, here's my plan. I didn't eat breakfast until 9:45 because of my eye appointment.

6 months since surgery

B: baked apple cinnamon oatmeal, coffee with cream and splenda

L: salad with chicken and skinny girl dressing

D: chicken breast with steamed green beans

S: Light and Fit Greek, turkey pepperoni with a cheese stick.

Totals;

Calories 750 Protein 73 Carbs 53 Fat 32

Good morning!! I believe I am an under the roll TP kind of girl!! And, I like my TP NOT soft. I am weird. I love Scott tissue and will not buy anything else! TMI I am sure :)

B- coffee and an apple. I need to find something easy and more protein packed. I am not really an egg person. I love greek yogurt but often eat on the run. I have looked for the greek yogurt tubes in my area but none yet.

L- fish

S- apple

D- taco soup with extra meat!!

S- greek yogurt

I am going to peruse this site for new and exciting foods.

Scott is the only one I'll use as well. I prefer it overall, but it seems to last five times as long also.

Wrapping up our conquest of Atlanta, which was mostly laying in the hotel bed and getting up to wander to starbucks. 

Leftover homemade pimento cheese on quest chips

1/2 c of fairlife w/. 5 scoop of vanilla quest

Diet chicfila lemonade 

Not sure where from there. I have some yogurt but the cheese kinda is high in carbs so I don't know what I will do. 

 

For now.... Cals 555 protein 47 carbs 22 fat 32

As for tp... I am just happy with ON the roll
