Good Morning! Over the roll without a doubt in our house. Heading out to my 18 month follow up in just a bit, I need to find out what some high liver numbers mean on my labs.

Over or under... I don't really have a preference. Most of the time I prefer it off the thingy and on the counter. Am I going to be banned from this group now? Yesterday was an awesome eating day for me. I stayed on plan and tracked everything! I also nearly died doing my workout. My coach decided to make me run sprint repeats. Seriously, my heart rate was in the 190s at times. I am SO SORE today.
