It's going to be almost 80 here today. And, no I am not bragging. We need more rain and Winter. The 110 degree days we get in the summer come way to quick.

Sunday we are supposed to have a HIGH of -5 with real feel of -30. Give me 110 any day over this!! 

  • High Weight before LapBand: 200 (2008)
  • High Weight before RNY: 160 (2015)
  • Lowest post-op weight: 110 (2016)
  • Maintenance Weight: 120 (2017-2019)
  • Battling Regain Weight: 135 (current)

85 in So. Cal. today.  I agree, we need rain and cool temps so the snow we got earlier in the season doesn't melt too quickly.  We need the snow pack

Holy moly! That is ridiculously cold! You are one brave lady! I would never want to leave my house. Lily and I have run up and down the street two times so far today so she can get some 3xercise and stretch out her stiffness.

Good Morning!

I have been up since way too early this morning - I am hosting a series of webinars on using the electronic medical records system for a very expansive audience, and this morning was my first one. I was SO nervous, but luckily the anticipation was worse than actually doing it.

And Tp definitely over! I'm not sure there is much to discuss... ;)

LOL.   I work for a healthcare system and we use EPIC.

My wife also works for a company where she is a EPIC analyst/Project Coordinator/Lab specialist so I get the fortunately or unfortunately!!
