Over. Unquestionably. There is no debate.
Today's menu is WEAK. But I'm running from meeting to meeting all morning, then driving for a significant portion of the afternoon, so it's mostly just combos of nuts and cheese, that I can eat while I'm driving. Haven't done the mfp totals yet but I know this is a high fat low protein day just by looking...whoops.

love your lunch idea... I love sloppy joes and I love "scooping" things, great idea! I don't know what a Chobani Flip is but if it has lots of carbs I am sure I would love it! LOL LOL

They're a low cal/carb cracker brand - I'm not going to lie, they taste a little bit like cardboard when eaten on their own, but they're great for scooping egg/chicken/tuna salad or that type of thing when you're craving a crunch! They're a little pricey, but they seem to last a long time if you put them in an air tight container. Here they are on Amazon, there are a ton of flavors - I've tried rosemary and blackpepper, both good.

I would usually say over on the TP- but in our house, it stays on the top of the tank or on the cabinet next to the toilet. so it actually doesn't stay on the roll hanger.
Feeling blah and trying not to be down on myself about weight loss. I thought the weight was going to just melt off the first 8 months and seems like it is taking forever- I've been keeping carbs under 50 and calories under 700 and getting liquids in. My month 2 marker is on the 15th and I was expecting to be in onederland and I'm still not. Only lost 7 pounds in the past 3 weeks. I hope it is just my body being stubborn. :(
B: decaf with 1/2 scoop cinnamon bun protein
S: 1/2 quest bar
L:Tuna /hummus/ bbq pork rinds

S:open
cal: under 700
Carb: under 50
exercise- c25k week 3!
I think we may end friendships over this question, LOL. Under the roll. But in a house with three males, I'll settle if the roll actually makes it in the bathroom.
Getting dressed this morning I had to give up on 2 pairs of pants, they are size 18W's and laughably big. I settled on the final 18W that I have, while big, I can make do with today. The good fitting pants I have left (2 pairs) are 16's [regular]. So its time to go shopping!!! I'll hit the thrift store to see if I can save $$, but I'm really hoping that I can get into a size 14 pants. The 16's I have are good fits to a little loose- so no sense packing the closets with more of those. Its a holiday weekend so I'll check out Macy's, and may even branch out to someplace like Ann Taylor Loft-- never stepped foot in there before. I also need to return a bra to VS, and I wanted to get a cute nightie for Valentines day, just because. Shopping...my favorite pass time!
