Well, the latent early riser in me was a one shot wonder. Totally blew last night kinda super mad at myself. I definitely realize I can't just have a nibble of treats it causes a rapid devolution of epic proportions. Definitely not to the level pre op, but probably only because it can't be.
Back on the wagon.
I visit we're debt free and family finances on baby ce ter regularly but that isn't even daily.
Decaf coffee with 1/2c fairlife and 1/2 scoop of quest.
Canned chicken with 1/2 container of greek yogurt.

I had a bad night last night- gotta accept the fact I can't eat pancakes or fried foods (and I tried both last night). Today is off to a not so hot start thanks to some snicker's mini's. Ugg.. now my tummy is aching a bit. I'm going to wait a while and down some water. On the positive side my apple watch is now fastening on the 3rd hole, and my new belt is now fastening on the second hole.
Time since surgery: 9 months
M1: 1/2 c. egg beaters, 1.7 oz Virginia ham and 1 slice cheese
M2: (unplanned: too many snickers mini) planned: protein shake & 1/2 granola (will skip the 1/2 granola thanks to the snickers snafu)
M3: Chicken sausage in sauce
M4: Probably a TJ turkey burger w. cheese
Aiming to to better and forget the blur than was last night/this morning!

Thanks for the suggestion- but I'll pass. I'm not into recipes and what not-- I like eating 'normal' if that makes sense. I've never been one to adapt a food to for a certain diet mold. Either I can eat it as presented or can't. Only way i would try it is if my family would like it too- and since they can handle good 'ol Aunt Jemima pancakes just fine-- I'll just learn to do without.

The stray pup is doing well, sleeping in her crate at night and still has not messed in the house.
Last night I had support group and we had a speaker. He was excellent. The session was about how to keep yourself on track and to make sure you are dealing with the emotional %^%% that got you to be obese in the first place. Was great. The best quote was, "Success is just on the other side of discomfort". I had to write it down because that one got me good.

As for you QOTD, I visit Groupon daily, Zulily, Amamzon, etc. Mostly online shopping. I'm not following any blogs regularly, or anything like that, though I google EVERYTHING and tend to go to random websites daily.
The lady at the drive thru at Tim Horton's tried to talk me into a paczki since today is fat tuesday. I said "Oh, God no!" and she said "Are you sure, it's only once a year?" and I said seriously "I don't eat sugar anymore." That shut her up. Why all the pressure, yo? I REALLY wanted one, but I know if I get one it will likely make me sick and I have been struggling lately with the carbs. So Yay for me being strong!
I got pulled into a meeting, so this is really late. But here is my plan for the day:

L: ground turkey with cucumber yogurt salad
D: Shrimp with ****tail sauce
S: Cheese stick with deli chicken meat and 1/2 a chocolate raspberry quest bar

Oh man you guys, I just ate a snickers bar.....WTF?!?! Why did I do that?? Who knows.....
I miss the newborn RNY days when nothing tempted me....nothing at all. I ate because I had to...ugh
I did plug it into MFP, like always, but I am just really pissed at myself.
