Good morning all! MORE snow and cold here in Illinois today so exercise will be 4 miles on the treadmill and 30 minutes on the bike at some time today. Websites I go to are Zulily and Bariatric Foodie. Also Amazon sometimes where I shop but never buy. Post op 41 months with weight at 122 today. I'm getting excited because my oldest son and his girlfriend are flying in Friday night from Minneapolis for a week. I haven't seen him since July when I helped him clean and pack up to move up there. So we should have a fun weekend! Here's the eats for today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 31/2 oz deli turkey with cheese and 1/2 c Brussels sprouts D 31/2 oz pork cutlet with 1/2 c green beans S Greek yogurt. morning ladies & gents. Very chilly here too, a we got some snow as well, not a lot which I am mad about (yes I love winter and snow, I am Canadian, its in my blood LOL LOL).
Never ever did I ever get anything "free" from high school other than bad teaching from stupid teachers...
Websites, I really am on a kick of going on VRBO (Vacation Rental By Owner), looking for a place to rent in Florida in April. Amazon all the time, Vitacost and Nashua Nutrition, like see what is on sale or looks interesting, and other than FB and OH I am not online a lot. Wow I feel old.
Time since Surgery: 2 years and 3 months
B: coffee, coffee and more coffee (with Splenda & Lactose free milk). 10 pacific white shrimp, 2 tbsp ****tail sauce
S: 2 triangles of Garlic & Herb Laughing cow spread on two celery stalks
L: 1 can of solid white tuna with 2 tbsp balsamic dressing over a tiny bit of organic greens
S: Protein Hot Chocolate (Health Smart Brand) 2 baby bel cheese
D: 4 oz of Agnus steak, 1/4 cup steamed green beans
S: 2 triangles of Garlic & Herb laughing cow cheese on two celery stalks
TOTALS: Calories: 890 Protein: 122 Carbs: 28 Fat: 35
V/W: vits done, calcium on alarms, lots of water in the form of coffee & tea
E: 5km walk at lunch, 5 km jog at gym tonight + its leg night = leg press/lunges/squats
Have decided to give up my beloved Starbucks Skinny Caramel Macchiato, too many carbs and too DAMN EXPENSIVE!!!!!!!

Oh my dear Nikki, there will be coffee, there will always be coffee just not overpriced yummy nectar of the gods type (i.e. Starbucks) in my future. Gotta cut back and save my coins, so now I brew my own in our work kitchenette or bring my own Keurig pods!

you have way more self control than me, I was for sure drinking one Grande A DAY, and some days when I was just so friggin tired it was two Grande's a day, $10 a day in coffee, I need an intervention!!! LOL
