Well besides the ones that you mentioned, I got to Ravelry a lot (its a knitting/fiber arts site)!

So if I had to endure the flu, I should be able to keep off the weight I lost....it should be a rule or something.  Pretty much all the weight I "lost" is back..damn it all.

Well this is my first menu post. I decided it was time to jump on in.

I love venison, my Dad use to bring one home every winter and it would be great.

Anyways, I spend way too much time on websites, but I start with the new national then a local station, then ESPN, cause I'm a bit of a sports junky. Then fun sites, and whatever to do's for the kiddos I have to take care of.

Time since surgery:  8 weeks

S:   Unjury Strawberry Shake

B:  Chobani Simply 100, Strawberry and some hummus with one or two saltines to settle my tummy after the yogurt.

L:  Virginia Ham and Laughing Cow Cheese Wedge French Onion

D:  Baked Chicken and Green Beans

S: Unjury Strawberry Shake

TOTALS:  Cals:  556  Protein:  83   Carbs:  36  Fat:  8
