More Power in "We" instead of "Me"......
I regained 20 pounds and found the daily "RNYers" and not only have I been held accountable and responsible but I found a community of "real women" with "real life" stuff going on...
I LOVE IT...Our Moderator - AV - is the BOMB! I COUNT on hearing from EVERYONE to help me do what I can't do by myself.....
Not just the eating challenges but life challenges which causes me to eat **** the false pride....(* Hope I don't offend anyone but my life is on the line here) Just get the help you need.....It's not about false pride. Each one teach one.....I LOVE to eat EVERYTHING....so I go to people who identify and can help me NOT TO EAT my way to hell and death.
I can't agree more. I've been part of a working mothers online community since my youngest was born almost 12 years. If it weren't for that group I probably would have quit my job or quit being a mother lol, talking with other who get it helps you realize you are not alone and gives you a set of people to talk you off the ledge when needed. It was natural for me to seek out the same when I chose WLS, glad I found this forum...

Well said! Love your openness and honesty. The ladies on the daily menu thread are amazing! I have to say that I feel much of my success is due to participating in the menu thread early out and reading reading readying on the RNY forum daily.
I too am so thankful for AV for being our fearless Daily Menu Thread leader and for all the other ladies who post on a regular basis. For me Anny (AnnyBanny) and Emily (DCgirl) really helped me out a lot in the beginning (thanks girls) and it makes my heart smile that friendships are being formed online and in real life. Love that we have each other's backs!
Glad you are here!!
