What's On Your Monday Menu, RNYers?
I have today planned out as well! I am getting better at this! Trying to be accountable! :)
B- oikos greek strawberry yogurt
s- apple
L- tuna and cabbage Chinese salad and 9 pita chips (yes I do count them)
D- taco soup
I will try to get to the store later for my later snacks as I LOVE Power crunch protein bars. They help me fight the sweet tooth. I am hoping this week to get moving on my bike. I just hate exercise- I am weird that way. I weighed in today at 175.4. Keeping the 10 pound lose up but no extra loss. So, I want to get he scale a moving.

Loved watching the Broncos win last night!! As a Colorado girl who was doubtful they could do it- it was fun! Wish I could go to the parade/celebration tomorrow but alas- I have this thing called work.

Hi AV and OH friends,
I had a great week end and was good for Super Bowl. However last week I indulged in sweets and gained 2 pounds. A lot of sweets if I may be honest. So all week end I have been watching out. Hope you all enjoyed the game. Was really fun.

So I have no menu to post because I'm NPO waiting for surgery. Wth I didn't see that coming! My belly has been cramping badly for a few days and it turns out I have an intestinal obstruction again. This is super inconvenient. I hope I at least drop a few pounds as a reward for the punishment. This sucks
