Good luck Anny, fingers & toes crossed for you!
We are getting snow here in Illinois so looks like my 4 miles will be on the treadmill. Yuck! I will also do 30 minutes on the bike at some point too. Post op 41 months and weight at 122.2 today. Lazy weekend and so glad football is over for awhile. Didn't even have the game on yesterday. Here's the food for today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 31/2 oz cheesy brat with 1/2 c Brussels sprouts D 31/2 oz chicken thigh with 1/2 c green beans S Greek yogurt. Have a great day everyone and make smart choices!
We don't have our TV hooked up, nothing like cable. So no Superbowl watching for us!
So we closed Thursday, moved all the crap we had in my parent's house to the new house so we could sleep then, then hubby and I were up ALL NIGHT with the flu!!! It was HORRIBLE!!!!! So needless to say, we didn't get as much done on Friday as we wanted to. Then Saturday we had family and friends come and help get everything else moved. So everything is home....somewhere.....so between working and kids etc etc we will be lucky if everything gets unpacked by NEXT winter! HAHAH BUT BUT BUT no more basement living for us!!! WAAAHOOOOO
I had lost like 6 lbs from being sick, but a few have come back on. Maybe a few of them will stay off, that would be nice! lol
