Went for an icy cold 2 mile jog this morning before the snow starts. And I'm only allowed to watch tv if I'm on the elliptical machine, so that should keep me moving!

Good morning all, you saw from DCgirl's post what I did this weekend and it was SO much fun. Every time I go visit her I ask her adopt me and just let me live in her guest room because it's so much fun.
We walked, we made poor WLS choices (a little), we did SolidCore (google it, it was terrifying), we shopped, and all around had an amazing time. I had an episode of RH this weekend also, AV and it isn't fun, right? I won't even tell you what I think induced mine because it was SUCH a bad choice LOL.

E: my sister is sick so my normal Monday night intervals with her won't be happening, but I have a stressful day ahead of me so I know I'll need something tonight for the stress relief. Ideas?
Guys! I need your positive thoughts coming my way like crazy this morning. I'm about to have a meeting that is really going to put me to the test and I need all the good vibes I can get!

Thanks for the good vibes everyone, I made it through my meetings intact. I had to impart some difficult personnel news and the anticipation was really weighing on me - I feel like I can breathe again. And my staff was very gracious about the difficult situation and that was lovely.
On a totally different note - I'm having a Chobani yogurt for my snack and it is soooooo gross - I picked it up at Wawa thinking it sounded interesting - Banana Maple Mighty Oats and it is sort of making me want to puke. I'm choking it down though because my work fridge isn't stocked like normal and I'm starving. SO not worth the 170 calories and 27 carbs (WTF was I thinking buying something with 27 carbs?!?!).
