What's on the menu? Not ham!
Breakfast and a snack will be Quest bars. Lunch and dinner ribeye. I might cook on the stove today. We've got blizzard conditions for most of the day, so I might skip the grill. Would have been a good day to just reheat some ham.

Happy Monday! That is how I am trying to talk myself into being excited about Monday. LOL! I had a FANTASTIC weekend with Anny Bananny and Nikke from the VSG board - Nikke was a major inspiration for me doing my plastics. I read her blog and looked at her before and afters all. the. time. So she was in DC for work and Anny was here for a visit, and we all went out. We had SUCH a good time. Keep in mind that we used to weigh 298 lbs, 450 lbs, and 350 lbs, respectively. You can imagine we are feeling a lot healthier these days :)
Aside from copious amounts of wine, we went dancing and I got 28,000 steps in that day, so I would consider it a win!
Time Since Surgery: Over 2 years
B: Two hard boiled eggs, two coffees with half and half
L: Leftover grilled chicken. I am not feeling inspired today.
D: Parmesan chicken "lollipops" from Trader Joe's
E: Plyofit class

My weekend was good. Uber-lazy. I didn't eat too much yesterday--drank too much! Lol. Had some jack and coke that I am CERTAIN made me hold water this morning at weigh-in time. That'll teach me. (I was 2 pounds lighter yesterday), haha.
Today's menu is totally uninspired. Only 1 more week of my medically supervised diet though before being submitted to insurance! :)
B- 2 eggs over easy and 1 piece of toast
L- romaine salad with lemon pepper tuna
D-chick fila grilled nuggets; greek yogurt parfait
S-irish tea with creamer
Cals: 836 (it will be a miracle if I am able to keep this here, but I'm trying it anyway....)
