I've heard that will happen if you don't get in enough water, how much water do you drink every day?

That happened to me at about three months out. Your heart needs more pressure to pump to a larger body. After quick weight loss it will get lazy. When you are sitting down the blood will pool in the lower legs. When you stand up it takes a bit of time to get to your head.
The solution for me was to pump my legs a few times before standing up. It adjusted on its own after a few weeks.
Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
Low blood pressure. Look up orthostatic hypotension. As others said, standing up from sitting or lying down will make your BP drop.
Stand slowly. It takes a minute for it to catch up. Drink more fluids. And add salt to your diet. I had two docs tell me I needed more salt.
Be careful. I actually passed out twice from this.
