even though i dont think i could follow your meatatarian diet you do make giggle on a daily basis so you should post on this thread more :)
Ham and cheese sandwiches are one of my staples. Gotta watch the cheese, though. It packs a lot more calories than the ham. It's also the only time I combine three ingredients in a "recipe."

I use bread. Sara Lee 45 cal thin sliced. I never touched it until I was below goal, and it's really just a meat and cheese delivery vehicle -- keeps my fingers from getting greasy.
I still can't eat thicker bread or buns. It gets painful really quick.

Condiments. Yuck.
The only things I ever put on food are salt, butter, cheese, and bacon. Putting bacon on ham just doesn't seem right somehow.
