Hi everyone! So its been a while since I have been on here and I have been doing pretty good until recently.I feel like I have gotten lazy in tracking my food and making the best choices. I have steadily lost 3-4lbs each week but this week I only lost 1.8. I know what I'm doing wrong but I'm feeling discouraged. I have always failed at weight loss in the past and I'm so scared of failing again. Please help me! I need some encouragement!

Hi Leah. 

I'm 6 months post op, and all I recommend is for you to stay active with support.  That means either cone here daily and interact, find  a Facebook support group or find a local support group and go regularly.  When you surround yourself with people who have the same problem,  the same goals and lots of experience,  you are more likely to stay on task.  I need daily reminders to do the right thing,  that is why I spend so much time on this message board.

That's a really good point. I was on here everyday, 10 times a day for the first month or so after surgery and then I got comfortable and thought "I got this" and stopped logging in. I remember how awesome it was especially when I thought I was hungry but I was really just bored. OH distracted my brain from food. Thank you for the suggestion
