What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?

I usually feel super tight in the morning and my little pouch tends to reject solid food until 9:30ish (after I've been at work for 2 hours). But not today! I tore into my 10:30 snack at 8:30! Haha.
I wonder if this will be a new trend now that I'm 6 months out, or if today was an anomaly?

Hello all,
I had reported hearing a shotgun all night 2 nights ago. I found out it was 4 racoon that appeared to be a bear to Mr. Shelty. So, he poked his shotgun out his door, and fired a round about every 30 minutes.......all night. He's taking bids for repairs to his patio roof.
That's mountain livin' I guess. I really need to get back to the city soon.
B: 1 whole egg
L: Pork loin, zucchini
D: Beef stew
I'm still trying to aim for 600-700 calories a day to continue losing. My 6 month check-up is at the end of the month.
Have a GREAT day. Stay safe.
I'm in the foothills of the mountains- I can relate. The other day I went to my neighbors house and they had a shotgun out, apparently there was a possum out near their chickens and that doesn't end well... for the possum...
We have seen red foxes and deer in our land also. I was driving to get my hair cut last year and a bear crossed the road in front of me. Scared me to death and then I tried to take pics but he was too fast!
