Too little?

Since I've started tracking again, I'm glued to my MyFitnessPal app.  It's almost 3:00 and I've had 53 grams of protein, 33 grams of carbs but only 530 calories. Does that sound right?

It's possible. I am at 500 calories and 75 protein... I need to decide on something else to eat but am suffering foid ennui right now

Yes- I've already planned my food out for today (I track with MFP, also) and will end up with 65 grams of protein and 512 calories.

I'm getting 60-80 a day with no more than 650 for the day. but I'm only 7 weeks out this week

I skipped the low carb tortillawith my lunch and expect to come in at 622cals and 64g of protein wroth dinner and evening snack.  

If you can push in a bit more protein,  it would probably be better.  I don't like to be below 64g a day total.

I know I can get in more protein since I haven't had dinner yet. I've added protein drinks back daily so I've been hitting at least 65 a day.

Not too little as far as calories goes. You still want to lose more weight so limiting your calories is key. "Starvation mode" is a myth.

You read my mind. That's what comes to mind every time I see how few calories I've eaten.

What Laura said. You NEED a minimum of protein, but your calories cannot be too low at this point. 

You should be 60-80 on protein by the end of the day.
